Once you’ve set up an account, you can visit your account anytime you need to view your
customized profile, the status of your current order(s), order history (U.S. site and customers
only), your Black Box account representative(s), quotes, and other helpful details concerning
our valued relationship. It’s easy to set up an account. Just go to your account and click on
Create a new Black Box account.

If you have an account set up with Black Box Network Services and have established a credit line for your
account, you can place orders on-line with Net 30 terms. Or you can pay by credit card.

When will my credit card be charged?
Answer
Your credit card will be preauthorized when you place your order but won’t be charged until
your order is shipped.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Answer
We currently collect sales tax in Pennsylvania and Illinois. If you are tax exempt in either
state, we’re required to have a copy of your tax certificate on file. Fax your certificate to
Tax Exempt Dept. at 724-873-6680 or e-mail it to info@blackbox.com. Taxes apply on actuals for
Canadian Web site customers.
